Wine Art Estate Techni Alipias White. Sauvignon Blanc 80% Assyrtiko 20%. The Sauvignon Blanc in this blend offers a rich aroma of mature white fruits, while the Assyrtiko provides crisp taste, and structure. The two varieties blend in an elegant and harmonious combination.
Lightly seasoned fish and steamed shellfish. It also pairs well with sushi even with wasabi.
The Wine Art Estate vineyard lies at the foot of Mount Pangaion – the ancient home of the mythical Greek god of the grape harvest, winemaking and wine; Dionysos.
