Da Sergio Inzolia Chardonnay IGT. Clear light yellow. Fruity aroma with hints of tropical fruit, apricot, apple, citrus and nuts. Very fresh taste with hints of tropical fruit, apricot, tangerine, lime and almonds. Perfect for buffets but also to dishes like chili and lime marinated shrimps, salmon and white meats such as chicken and turkey.

The grapes come from different vineyards around the coastal town of Marsala, on the north-western Sicily. Fermentation in steel tanks.
