Gaia Wines Assyrtiko Wild Ferment
Gaia Wines Assyrtiko Wild Ferment with grapes originated from the Northern part of Santorini, the vineyard of Pyrgos. Pale yellow colour. Complex aromatic character with minerality, which over time gives way to flavors of honey and fruit. Mouth exuberant with excellent mineral feeling and a crispy acidity.
Excellent pair with grilled fish and seafood, pork with lemon sauce, goat cheeses.
Ageing potential of 10 years. We suggest to decant the wine 30 minutes prior of consumption.
