Yoga Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Petite Sirah
Yoga Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Petite Sirah. Bright red. Fruity, flavorful wine, aromas of blackcurrant blackberry and tastes of plum, mint, sweet chalk, cloves, chocolate and herbs. Full-bodied with generous taste, with oaky character. Rich and long finish. Pairs excellent with red and white meat, preferably hamburgers or barbecue. The wine is also good to enjoy on its own or with a snack.
The grapes comes from vineyards, mainly from the northern part of Central Valley. The hot and dry climate provides powerful but elegant wines. The grapes are selected by sourcing-table process and vinified separately. After the final blend, the wine is matured in American oak for 3-4 months only, so to enhance its character with elegance.
