Venetsanos Winery Theory
Venetsanos Winery Theory. Grape variety Assyrtiko 90%, Aidani 10%. It has a saturated straw gold color. Complex olfactory character with a pallet of different fruit aromas (apricot, peach, grapefruit, litchi, apple, and pear). Savory, rich, with crispy character, and a medium aftertaste. Enjoy it at 11-12 °C.
From the vineyards nearby Pyrgos village. After a long-lasting skin contact follows a slow pressure and the free-run juice is moved to stain steel tanks where the fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 14-15 °C.
Maturated on fine lees ~ 6 months.
