Vassaltis Vineyards Nassitis
Vassaltis Vineyards Nassitis. A blend of 50% Assyrtiko, Aidani and Athiri in percentages that vary depending on the characteristics of the vintage. The varieties are fermented separately in steel tanks and are blended straight after, followed by a 6 month maturation on the lees before its release. The highly acidic and intensely mineral Assyrtiko is blended with the refreshingly floral Aidani and Athiri, to create a wine with perfect balance, ideal for the long, warm summer days by the sea and nights under the stars.
