Warm climate tempered by Mediterranean winds and by air flowing down from Vermio mountain. Significant diurnal range and relatively low temperatures despite low altitude
Grapes are 80% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 40 days.
12 months in second-use, 500-litre French oak barrels.
Thymiopoulos winery is located in Trilofos, a village on the foothills of Vermio mountain. A place in perfect harmony with nature, offering wines that reflect their origin.
