Strofilia Wines Classic Rose
Strofilia Wines Classic Rose. Bright pink color, aromas of red fruits with very vivid aromas of cherry and watermelon, with notes of green pepper and caramel butterscotch. It is distinguished for its cool rich taste and long-lasting fruity aftertaste.
Co-fermentation of the two varieties. De-stemming and pressing of the grapes, extraction overnight followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18° C.
Accompanies excellent traditional ‘oily’ (Ladera) Greek dishes, pizzas and braised fish, but also saganaki (pan-cooked) shrimp, fatty fish and meat, and fresh cheeses.
