Pavlidis Estate Emphasis Agiorgitiko. Carrying out the harvest during the night, at the moment when the grapes are at their optimal ripeness, aims to preserve the aromatic and phenolic potential of the variety. The correct application of the extraction in the pre- and post-fermentation stage helps to extract this potential.
The juice is transferred with the help of gravity to oak barrels, where it remains for 16 months, its maturation continues with an additional 12 months remaining in the bottle.
Deep purple color. Aromas of red fruits dominated by cherry. Rich mouth with spices, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. A wine with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
This wine can be successfully combined with a wide range of dishes. It combines perfectly with grilled meat, lamb, with rich yellow and creamy cheeses. Ideally served: 16-17°C
