Moraitis Winery Paros Reserve. 75% Mandilaria – 25% Monemvassia. Bright ruby color with vivid garnet reflections. Chocolate covered black cherry and kirsch flavors with notes of ripe plum and vanilla. On the palate it has a rich, smooth and round feel with a peppery aftertaste.
PAIRING SUGGESTION: Game, red meats and spicy cheeses.
Best served at 18 – 20 ℃.
VINEYARD: Strictly selected mountainous vineyards from the regions of Lefkes, Thapsana and Stavros.
WINE MAKING: Co-fermentation of the deep red Mandilaria and the white aromatic Monemvassia.
AGEING: 16 months in French oak barrels and at least 8 months in the bottle.

Winery Description
The winery of Moraitis family is located in Naoussa Paros by the beach of Aghioi Anargyroi. It was founded in 1910 by Manolis Moraitis. He cultivated his own vineyards, while he gathered and vinificated grapes from selected vineyards of the island.
Nowadays, in the private 10 ha vineyard, the 4th generation of the family cultivates well known and rare indigenous varieties of Paros island. It combines the long tradition with the modern technology to produce high quality wines that reveal the unique characteristics of Paros terroir!
