Moraitis Winery Meltemi Red. A blend of 80% Mandilaria and 20% Vaftra. Red fruit aromas, well-structured with gentle tannins on the palate and a spicy aftertaste.
An excellent pairing for red meats on the palate, pasta with red sauces.
Best served at 8-10 ℃
VINEYARD: Selected vineyards from the locations Kamares and Aspries.
WINE MAKING: Classic red fermentation is stainless steel vats at low temperatures.

The winery of Moraitis family is located in Naoussa Paros by the beach of Aghioi Anargyroi. It was founded in 1910 by Manolis Moraitis. He cultivated his own vineyards, while he gathered and vinificated grapes from selected vineyards of the island.
