Ktima Voyatzi Xinomavro

Ktima Voyatzi Xinomavro. Deep purple in color, berries on the nose together with flowers and herbs, incorporated with earthy and spicy notes. Dried berry fruits on the palate, hint of dried tomato and herbs, vigorous integrated tannins, showing deep flavored body and great backbone and an admirable finish. A seductive wine, with classy distinctive varietal character.

Traditional red wine vinification. Following a long maceration on the skins, the young wine is transferred to oak casks, where the malolactic fermentation takes place. It matures in cask for one year and is then bottled and further aged.
