Ktima Voyatzi Tsapournakos Rose
Ktima Voyatzi Tsapournakos Rose. Bright rosé color, spicy nose with red currant jelly and light earthy notes, some muscat and herbs. Dry on the palate, some bitter notes of dried herbs, red currant, dried cherries, integrated acidity and attractive finish.
The juice is left in the pomace, then extracted and fermented at low temperature.
Members of the third family generation, Yannis, who has studied oenology at the University of Bordeaux, France and has substantial experience in the Greek wine production, along with his brother, Nico, who is an engineer, and their father, Harissis, decided to return to Velvento and establish a new, privately owned vineyard. Eirini Zande, chemist-oenologist, is in charge of the on site management of the winery, while Nicos and Dimitris are attending the vineyard with the utmost care and love.
