Il Nostro Grecanico IGT. Bright yellow. Generous and aromatic scent, fresh and fruity with hints of pear and citrus. Medium-bodied, dry and fresh taste with hints of pear, apple and grapefruit. Goes well with salads, seafood and grilled fish or as an aperitif.
The grapes are hand picked and vinified with a combination of traditional and modern methods. Fermentation at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, 4-6 months of contact with lees.
