Description
Domaine Katsaros Chardonnay
Domaine Katsaros Chardonnay. Light yellow with light green shades. Intense and complex yellow aroma fruits, citrus, candle and with noble tobacco notes and vanilla. Mouth cool with good Acidity and volume. Long and lasting aftertaste.
Fermentation in small oak French barrels and stand with lees for a period of 5 to 6 months. Lightweight collapse and filtering before bottling.
After bottling it remains in the cellar of the estate (controlled temperature and humidity conditions) for three months before commerce.
Suggested to consume at 10 -12 C, and has a lifetime of 7 to 10 years.
