The main characteristic of Barollo wines lies in its grapes, expertly cultivated in 50 hectares of vineyards. Each grape variety contributes with its specific organoleptic characteristics to the exclusive pleasure of each Barollo bottle. We design each vineyard as if it were our first vineyard.
This is why we cultivate it with care, passion and sensitivity. The vineyards are spurred cordon and the viticulture techniques used are among the most modern, with short pruning, defoliation and thinning.
