Aivalis Winery White Rooster Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep, almost impenetrable purple. Excellent concentration with firm tannins that reveal great aging potential. Red and black fruits, tobacco, vanilla, spices and chocolate are just a hint of the aromatic potential.
The wines of the estate are the culmination of a dialectic between practices and philosophies of three top regions. Father and son love their land, love their vines following a strict cultivation methodology such as avoiding fertilization watering, strict pruning, low acreage yields.
