Aivalis Winery Pera Meria. 50% Assysrtiko – 50% Muscat of Rio Patras. Very aromatic in the nose with a refreshing mouth. Organic cultivation, fermentation with wild yeasts, and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
The wines of the estate are the culmination of a dialectic between practices and philosophies of three top regions. Father and son love their land, love their vines following a strict cultivation methodology such as avoiding fertilization watering, strict pruning, low acreage yields.
