Volcanic Slopes Vineyards Pure Santorini. Light color with green hues. Aromas of fresh lime, green apple, notes of pear and apricot, and a hint of thyme and rosemary. Full bodied wine, with sharp acidity and the distinctive minerality of Santorini’s Assyrtiko wines, followed by long aftertaste.
Ideal serving temperature between 12-14 °C. Decanting is necessary in order for the wine’s full character to unfold.
It matches perfectly with oysters, sushi, ceviche and fatty fish such as salmon and tuna.
