Quartz Reef Pinot Rose

Quartz Reef Pinot Rose. Delicate pink color with hints of wild strawberry and rose petal in the bouquet. Soft and ethereal on the palate with watermelon and spice. Vibrant acidity with a bright and refreshing finish.

Hand-picked in ideal condition and ripeness on the 8th April 2020. Fully de stemmed, with approximately 6 hours skin contact. Only free run juice used, indigenous yeast ferment in stainless steel tank. The winemaking was very much in keeping with the traditional practices of the Old World. The winemaker, Rudi Bauer, has combined these techniques, and his own personal understanding, to create this wine.
