Moraitis Winery Paros White. 100% Monemvassia. Pale white yellow color with green reflections. In the mouth pineapple and citrus aromas along with notes of white pepper. Rich body with crisp acidity and persistent finish demonstrating the quality of the wine.
An excellent pairing for fish on the grill, seafood, white meats and salads.
It is best served at 8 – 10 ℃
VINEYARD: Strictly selected seaside vineyards of Paros island.
WINE MAKING: Maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Short ageing on its lees.
