Moraitis Winery Malvasia Paros 4 years old. 100% Monemvassia. Dark bronze color with golden hues. Concentrated aromas of dry apricots, peach, raisins and honey with notes of caramel and dry nuts.

PAIRING SUGGESTION: Spicy cheese, dry nuts, fruits and spoon sweets.

Best served at 8 – 10 ℃.

VINEYARD: Strictly selected vineyards from the region Aspries.

WINE MAKING: The late harvest at the first half of September and the slow drying of the grapes under the bright sun for 15 days enrich this wine with a great natural sweetness, while it retains its varietal aromas.

AGEING: 4 years in French oak barrels.
