VINEYARD: Kamares
WINE MAKING: 80% of the wine is fermented in a stainless steel vat with 6-month maturation on its lees. The rest 20% is fermented and matured for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
The winery of Moraitis family is located in Naoussa Paros by the beach of Aghioi Anargyroi. It was founded in 1910 by Manolis Moraitis. He cultivated his own vineyards, while he gathered and vinificated grapes from selected vineyards of the island.
Nowadays, in the private 10 ha vineyard, the 4th generation of the family cultivates well known and rare indigenous varieties of Paros island. It combines the long tradition with the modern technology to produce high quality wines that reveal the unique characteristics of Paros terroir!
