Moraitis Winery Amma
Moraitis Winery Amma. A blend of 50% Aidani Mavro and 50% Mandilaria. Deep red color with brown hues. Concentrated aromas of red cherries, dry plums, raisins and spices. Rich body, thick texture and a long sweet aftertaste.
PAIRING SUGGESTION: Dry nuts, dark chocolate and chocolate – based desserts.
Best served at 12 – 14 ℃.
VINEYARD: Aidani Mavro: Ag. Anargiri – Mandilaria: Stavros.
WINE MAKING: The late harvest at the second half of September and the slow drying of the grapes under the bright sun for 18 days enrich this wine with a great natural sweetness, while it retains its varietal aromas.
