Maison Louis Jadot is a premium “negociant” of Burgundy, located in Beaune, the wine Capital of the region. It was established in 1859, and since then it has evolved into one of the major “players” in Burgundy wine. We met them in our trip to Burgundy during the Hospices de Beaune (The charity auction been arranged annually since 1859, taking place on the 3rd Sunday in November amid a three-day festival devoted to the food and wines of Burgundy called Les Trois Glorieuses). They produce all type of wines from Chablis to the North down to Beaujolais in the South. We had an excellent experience while tasting their terroir wines in one of the many beautiful tasting rooms.
