La Tour Melas Silphium. Syrah, Grenache. Bright salmon color, balanced character, expressive aromatic and tasteful features, full of white flowers, white-flesh fruits and crispy little red fruits with a spicy character to follow. Vivid acidity that provides freshness, a delightful wine until the last drop.
Silphium was a precious plant for the Romans, so rare that it’s almost gone. This mature wine is just as rare, aged in French oak barrels.
Following the enormous success of Idylle d’ Achinos, Cyrus Melas is back with a premium rose wine of limited production.
