Ktima Biblia Chora Etos Cabernet Sauvignon
Ktima Biblia Chora Etos Cabernet Sauvignon. It is produced from a selected vineyard situated at the slopes of Mt. Pangeon, where the soil is stony, limestone and clay. Available in wooden packaging of 3 bottles in limited quantity.
After the ageing in new oak barrels, the wine matures for several years in the underground cellars of the winery and it appears 10 years after its birth.
Ktima Biblia Chora Etos Cabernet Sauvignon has deep red color with excellent flavors of raspberry jam, red fruits and violet which blend harmoniously with flavors of cedar, tobacco and milk chocolate in a skillful encounter.
Its taste is full, rich, with impressive structure and skillful balance between the acidity and the nice, beautiful tannins, while its long aftertaste is impressive.
It is recommended that it be transfused into decanter, a little before you enjoy it.
