Description
Ktima Biblia Chora Biblinos Imperial. This rosé is produced from a local red varietal, which was found in the Mt Pangeon region and is now cultivated at the Biblia Chora Estate. It has a bright pomegranate color. The nose is dominated by the aroma of red fruit, such as cherry, combined with notes of citrus and gooseberry flowers. It has a rich, fresh flavor, with good structure and excellent balance, giving it an intensely aromatic finish.
Food pairing exotic cuisines, poultry with fruit sauces, spring rolls, and various types of pies.
