Gloria Rozato Frappato DOC. Color: Bright pink. Aroma: Inviting aroma of roses and violets and wild strawberries. Taste: Fresh, fruity and aromatic flavors with hints of ripe red berries, cherries, pink grapefruit and currant, with long aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes of seafood and salads. Serve at 8-10°C.
Production and maturation: Frappato organic grapes are hand-picked from volcanic and sandy soil vineyards in the south part of Sicily. A grape variety that is not wildly cultivated, having light but aromatic character and silky tannins, that makes it perfect for rosé wines.
