Gaia Wines Thalassitis. For this wine, they choose only Assyrtiko by the vineyards of Episkopi, Akrotiri and Pyrgos, approximately 80 years old, with very low yields that rarely exceeds 350 kg per acre. Pale yellow color with hints of lemon, iodine aromas, citrus, butter and mineral notes, both on the nose and the mouth, where the acidity predominates. Cool, with good volume and flavor.
Pair it with seafood and fish, pies and snacks.
