Pairs with: This intense and high cocoa percentage chocolate can be softened by the sweetness of a matured whisky, and that makes a great pair!
Bourbon also pairs brilliantly with chocolate. The velvet smoky characteristic of most bourbons blends well with this high cocoa content chocolate and the intensity of coffee, whereas cardamom will give a kick without overwhelming any flavor.
