Domaine Sigalas Santorini Kavalieros. Assyrtiko 100%. The Assyrtiko grapes come from a single vineyard. Bright, straw blonde color, with golden hues Complex metallic nose, with intense aromas of citrus fruit (ripe lemon), accompanied by hints of herbs and citrus flowers. Rich body, refreshing acidity and long aftertaste, where minerality dominates.
Ageing potential: Over 7 years.
Serving Suggestions: Fish and white meat with light sauces. Served at 10 – 11° C.
