Domaine Paterianakis. Kotsifali, Mandilari. Pale red with bricked colored hues. Drained fruit, drained tomato & vanilla oak. Medium body with delicate tannins and flavors of tobacco and spices. Roasted, grilled red meat dishes and spicy meat plates. Served at 17-18°C. Drink now or cellar for up to 18-20 years.
Located in a mesmerizing countryside in the mainland of Crete, Domaine Paterianakis is a woman-run winery based in Melesses, a short drive away from Knossos Minoan Palace, within the Peza PDO wine region. The winery is renowned for its organic red, white, and rose wines produced by females of the Paterianakis family. Inside the Domaine, three luxurious suites are built for the wine tourism guests.
