Domaine Michaelidi Klidi Malagousia. A bright light-yellow colored wine with greenish shades. A deep and complex bouquet. Pronounced flavors of white peaches intertwined with notes of citron, roses, citrus flowers, and pineapple. A rich palate enhanced by lemon flavored fruit, an elegant acidity and a long finish.
Paired with composed salads, shellfish, fresh fish and white meats.
Winemaking: White winemaking in stainless steel tank, followed by alcoholic fermentation in controlled graduated temperature.
