Domaine Katsaros Merlot
Domaine Katsaros Merlot. Strong fragrances of red fruit, jam and cedar and spicy notes. Rich mouth with density and excellent structure. Velvet tanins which gradually show the aging potential. Long aftertaste.
Fermentation and long extraction (15-22 days) in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks. Maturation to small (228 l.) oak French barrels for 10 to 16 months.
After bottling it remains in the cellar of the estate (controlled temperature and humidity conditions) for at least one and a half years before it comes to trade.
