Chunky Red Zinfandel IGT
Chunky Red Zinfandel IGT. Dark, dense, red color. Inviting aromas of dark berries as well as hints of oak, peppermint and vanilla. Full-bodied with a well structured oak character packed with fruit, vanilla, coffee and licorice. Goes very well with rich meat dishes, like burgers, baby back ribs and pulled pork.
Production and maturation: Fermented and matured in american oak (Quercus Alba) which, unlike the French oak gives the wine a more vanilla character, with hints of coconut and caramel.
