Artemis Karamolegos Winery Assyrtiko 34. Typical and austere expression of Santorini. Mineral nose with fruity (peach, pear) and herbal (tea, chamomile) hints. Creamy feel balancing Assyrtiko’s nerve and high acidity. Highly concentrated aromas, fine complexity, and long, salty aftertaste.
Best served at 10-12°C. Pairs ideally with top class roasted fish, shellfish, Asian dishes, lamb or any type of white meat cooked with aromatic herbs.
Carefully selected vineyards with old vines, located at special locations of Pyrgos, Megalochori, Exo Gonia, Akrotiri and Fira.
