Aivalis Winery Nemea 4. Purple almost solid color. Dense bouquet of aromas, expressed through aromas of lilac and violet, notes of dried and ripe black fruit, ink, herbs and black truffle. Tender mouth, with masculinity and a long peppery aftertaste.
The wines of the estate are the culmination of a dialectic between practices and philosophies of three top regions. Father and son love their land, love their vines following a strict cultivation methodology such as avoiding fertilization watering, strict pruning, low acreage yields.
